Hainan Coffee Powder (Traditional Kopi O)

This is the coffee our family has roasted since 1954: beans roasted the traditional Hainanese way for the deep, slightly caramel aroma people remember from the old kopitiam.

Brew it in a coffee sock for kopi-o, add condensed milk for kopi, or evaporated milk and sugar for kopi-c. One 1kg pack suits home lovers and small stalls.
